Windows Defender doesnt finish full scan

That's weird, because I have two machines with the same specs and power options (including sleep) and the other one seems fine when doing a full scan.

Issue still occurs even after clean install, Did a clean install on both PC's and PC1 still has the issue where it's not finishing and still freezes, while PC2 doesn't...

The file "x files scanned" number counter moves slowly on PC1 and seems to move flawlessly on PC2. It always seems to be clunky when it starts scanning on PC1 and seems to be an indicator that it will freeze out or not finish.

EDIT: Just tried another full scan on PC2 and it froze/didn't finish. I guess this is a Windows 11 issue.
