Yellow triangle in Windows Security (Defender)

I have a triangle in the system tray but not in windows Security.

Some systems are not showing App & Browser control in Windows security. Do a search in settings for App & Browser control and check if the warning is originating from there.

You did good, it was under "Potentially unwanted app blocking", selected "Dismiss" and triangle is gone

Did some further investigation on "App & Browser control" and found what seems to be the solution because when I used it, I had "App & Browser control" link under "Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows security" after using this Hide or Show App and Browser Control in Windows Security in Windows 10
