searched here, remove multli boot entry, only WIN11.
update after reboot, choose win 11 setup entry, then reboot ,only can choose old win11 entry.
still got same error.

anyone help me.

You can't go straight from 21H2 to 24H2... there is NO possible way to do that.

I can't see your hardware in your computer specs, but...
First, you have to upgrade from 21H2 to 22H2 by doing an... In-Place Upgrade
Then you go from 22H2 to 23H2 via the quick and easy: Enablement Package...

The above, all assumes your hardware is compatible with Win 11 and with 24H2.

Of course you could always try to do a clean install of 24H2.
But, your hardware would have to be compatible with 24H2, and you would have to re-install all of your programs.
24H2 is so new... I wouldn't even attempt a clean install yet.
There's a lot of things that need to be figured out, before that becomes a viable solution.

As you can see... there's a lot of things you need to do to get from 21H2 to 24H2...
This is why, 90% of us, use 3rd party backup software.

That way, when you get one step done successfully, you can make a backup.
Then IF the next step breaks Windows, you can just restore from your backup, and try again.

No there isn't.
You have to do an In-Place Upgrade to get from 21H2 to 22H2.
Back in 2022, you could have probably gone to 22H2 with just a Windows Update.
But now... 21H2 is past it's EOL (End of Life), so MS is gonna make us suffer.

I hate to type. So if I typed something above (in post #2)... there was an important reason for me to do it.

I know post #2 has a lot of instructions.
But make yourself a sandwich, get something to drink, find a good movie on TV... and just take your time.

Microsoft's Feature Upgrade numbering scheme...

The 1st two numbers are the year. The H2 for example, means the 2nd half of that year... around October.

So... 24H2 means that in 2024 there will be a Feature Upgrade around October, which is... now.
But wait, there's more. That would be too easy.
So, Microsoft doesn't give everyone the 24H2 Feature Upgrade at the same time.
They roll-it-out over a three or four month period.

That doesn't mean you can't get it... now. It just means you might not be able to get it from Windows Update... now.
It didn't show up in MY Windows Update yet, so I just did an In-Place Upgrade to get it.... now.

You can go directly from Windows 11 21H2 to 23H2, I have done it. Just download the Windows 11 23H2 ISO and start Setup from there. If you have an unsupported CPU disconnect from the internet and bypass compatibility check with one of the known methods, see relevant thread. To upgrade to 24H2 your CPU must support SSE4.2 instruction set, no known workaround exist. If your CPU supports SSE4.2, you can upgrade directly from Windows 11 21H2 to 24H2, but only by creating a patched USB flash drive with Rufus 4.6 Beta version or newer, or by running Setup like that:

This switches from Windows drive to the USB or the virtual DVD if you mount the ISO (replace D: with the appropriate drive letter, see This PC to find out) and tells Setup it is installing a Server version and skips compatibility check. All the methods are discussed at the sticky thread "Let's install Windows 11 at an unsupported computer". So, yes, it IS possible to upgrade from Windows 10 or Windows 11 21H2 directly to Windows 11 24H2 if your CPU supports SSE4.2 and you do it right.

He can however upgrade directly from 21H2 to 23H2, no need to upgrade to 22H2 first. This is simpler to do. Download Rufus, open the 23H2 ISO with Rufus and create a USB flash drive. When asked check the box to bypass compatibility check. Once finished, disconnect from the internet and start Setup from the USB. Wait until the upgrade is complete (check in Settings -> System -> About to confirm) before connecting to the internet again.

Go to Settings, System, About and see which CPU you have. Google it and open the first Intel or AMD result to see the specs. If it supports SSE4.2 you can then upgrade to 24H2.

Cpu pass but no tpm 2.0 and secure boot.
Swtich beta to dev, after download, it doesn't install after reboot.
So I I use rufus to patch the dev iso. then installed 24h dev, but unable update to Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.26120.2122) (KB5044374).
Same issue, after downloaded the KB5044374 after reboot it doesn't install at all.
I installed Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.bat.

Maybe MS detect so refuse to install update?

Some cumulative updates in Insider builds check compatibility and don't install if your computer is not compliant or if you have not registered as Insider user.

Does your CPU support SSE4.2? The error typically means that there was a failure when booting to the installer of the new OS, which is usually caused by unsupported CPU.
Windows 11 21H2 up to 23H2 supported virtually any 64 bit CPU apart from the very first Athlon 64s, 24H2 requires SSE 4.2 which was introduced in Nehalem Core i and Sandy Bridge Celerons and Pentiums, and AMD Bulldozer

Even if your CPU supports SSE4.2, the upgrade doesn't succeed with the first attempt. The first attempt to upgrade from 23H2 to 24H2 my main PC (2nd system specs), I disconnected from the internet and used the [ICOD]setup /product server[/ICODE] workaround to bypass compatibility check. Progress at first stage went to 100% but when it restarted it was stuck at the Windows logo without the spinning curves. For the second attempt I disabled all startup applications, all non-Microsoft services and some devices (LAN, sound, Bluetooth, TV tuner card) just in case. I disconnected from the internet and did the same workaround. This time it succeeded. So you may as well try to disable all the above to increase chance of success.

Yeah try to upgrade from 21h2 to 22h2 first. If successful then upgrade to 23H2 and if that is successful as well then upgrade to 24H2.

And make sure to use MaCrium 8 (free version) to backup the disk image after every successful upgrade onto a separate hard drive. Make sure to create MaCrium disk startup backup just in case you can’t boot from your OS hard drive.

cpu all support sse4.2 and popcnt.
Like I said above, 23H switch to dev channel from beta, unable install after reboot with skip TPM2.0 command.
But can installed 24h from dev iso without any issue.

cumulative updates 26120.2122 unable install after download too.
I install Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.bat to skip tpm check, it works very well under 23H. but not 24H.

Finally I download offline cumulative updates 26120.2122 pack from microsoft windows catalog. install well.

It is not necessarily to do all these upgrades. Like I said in an older post, you can go direct from 21H2 to 23H2 or 24H2 using the ISO to upgrade.
