Is there a way to make a word document .docx desktop shortcut, so clicking on would open the linked MS Word document and autostart Read Aloud the doc?

May be its possible to setup in Registry some key for the Read Aloud default autostart on opening a text document, without using a .docx desktop shortcut?

Also, I noticed the issue, when Audio Output device is changed manually while Read Aloud is in progress or after the document is open in Word, i.e. HDMI monitor speakers are chosen instead of analog headphones, there is often a lengthy 30+ sec delay of silence while the text cursor keeps moving before you can hear Read Aloud voice again, so some prior text is not spoken. Similar delay occurs less often when switching back from the Monitor speakers to headphones. What can cause such delay, and any way to fix it?
