Black Screen of Death while gaming.

I currently have a system less than one year old and it keeps black screening and hard crashing the entire windows system while I am actively playing Path of Exile 2. This has been occurring for a little over a week now. My system specifications will be included below. I have tried googling every possible event log code and to no avail have I managed to solve this so yesterday I did a clean install of Windows 11 thinking it may help but again it has not succeeded in this. I also made sure to grab all my updated drivers form the manufactures sites. AMD, ASRock, ECT. Please answer me asap if possible and I will monitor this thread actively. Thank you in advance! Run these chkdsk switches on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /b /v C: or chkdsk /b /v D: or chkdsk /b /v E: etc.

Make sure that the windows drive runs overnight while sleeping.

I'm kind of uncomfortable updating the bios as I've never done one before. I get the idea of how. I just really don't want to rick bricking my motherboard. Is it absolutely necessary? If so, any words of advice beforehand. I have a standard USB flash drive. I'm worried about using it though because it wasn't working for the fresh windows install I had to use another cause this one kept saying some drivers were missing and wouldn't even start the windows 11 install process. However, the other USB which I know is good doesn't support FAT32. Only ExFAT and NTFS. Thank you again in advance!

Please allow it run overnight while sleeping.

Additional drive tests can run as needed to find what was reported in the event log files.

Okay so they both finished. The one for drive C: upon restart this morning and also last night before I went to bed this one finished as well. Going to run HD Sentinel on all drives now and update you when that's done.

Also to add to my comment above it would only let me run checks on E:, and C:. As all others are not NTFS.

Just ran DDU and installed the latest AMD Drivers as well. Only thing I haven't done is update the bios still. Which I will do if you're still recommending it. System was previously hanging on restart and needed hard reboot to post into windows. Since I've done all these steps it now restarts. Have yet to see if Path of Exile 2 still has crashing issues. Let me know what to do next I'll be back around 11:30am EST. Thank you so very much Z.
