PC was on & there was a brief power cut.
Power back on & PC restarted, failed at start-up. Billy Bloatware's wheel of doom turned 90° & locked up.
Reset & Automatic Repair kicks in, takes me through to fix screen, I go to command prompt & run DISM /online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth.
It does not recognise these commands?
Yet if I run this command when W11 has booted OK it runs fine!
