Elevated Command non-functioning

Also reposted the movies (MP4) as WMV extension files. Marked GOOD PC and Offending PC in their title. Will go to McAfee next for their tool.

Also I ran the FRST.exe file and renamed the logs with the term SAFE in the title to distinguish them from those run in normal mode.
Where is the link?

I've not read all the posts on this thread but I get a sense that I am not alone.

Been trying all evening to split a wim image using DISM in elevated CMD. Syntax appears 100% correct although /ImageFile doesn't seem to exist.

I am getting Error 87.

The install.wim I am trying to split was located on OneDrive so I moved it to PC and dropped a copy in C:\Temp.

Issued DISM /Split-Image /ImageFile:C:\Temp\install.wim /SWMFile:C:\Temp\install.swm /FileSize:4700

I very rarely use DISM but I've typed that command so many times tonight I can do it blindfolded.

I checked attrib too and it had A and P so I removed P which is allegedly linked to OneDrive?

Should I make a separate post about this?

Banging my head against a brickwall.

Although I am doing this on Win11 25H2, the wim is of Win10Pro.

I need an expert's help on this. My head is bleeding!

EDIT:

RESOLVED THIS PART. Just reduced FileSize to 2500 and resolved. Just need to work out how to create a pair of bootable DVD's now with these images on.

I just went to "C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe" right clicked to access the elevated command and it functions as ADMIN perfectly from this folder. So why is it from the task bar not directing the execution for the System32 folder instead the only way I get a command prompt through the taskbar is to simply click CMD.exe (as a user) it won't execute the ADMIN elevated command from the taskbar? Puzzling.
