Error box on logging in after waking from sleep

Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (RP channel)
This isn't my PC, it's another one in the house. Upgraded to 22H2 from 21H2 (Home edition) through Windows Update. After waking from sleep and logging back in, this box appears on the Desktop (see pic)

Closing the box, everything seems normal. The box never appeared on the previous install. It doesn't appear after a restart.

It's a result of some program you have installed (and then possibly tried to uninstall but didn't uninstall completely) OR some script you have set to run at startup Open task Manager-click Startup tab- Make note of what apps are enabled. Use process of elimination by disabling 2 or 3 of the enabled apps at a time and restarting. If that doesn't work, use clean boot to find the problematic app.

Nothing has been changed, never had the issue with 21H2, now it's doing it after the upgrade. Nothing has been uninstalled. I've not set up any startup scripts

That be as it may, If you can start Windows in a clean boot state without issue, it points to a piece of software.

I don't get the error in a normal restart, signing out and signing in, it only occurs after waking from sleep

Sorry, I missed that. What do you have under settings-accounts-automatically save my restartable apps and restart them when I sign back in? If its on, toggle it off temporarily to test if it occurs.

Only thing I got left to offer is to consider the differences in that system and one that works correctly. Is it 11 compatible? (I know yours is)Are they both on same insider build? Stuff like this is exactly why I don't run an insider build. I don't mind waiting a little longer for the latest and greatest. I have enough trouble working out issues in a release build. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Yes both on the same build. I *think* my pc shows the error briefly but disappears, on the other PC it stays on the screen.

It's not causing any major problems

At a guess something to do with power/sleep settings? Could try Process explorer and dragging the target icon over the error box and clicking. Might give some clue as to what's happening.
