WIndows 11 24H2 Build 26100.3775
A couple of games I regularly play have been consistently crashing the system requiring me to hard restart. Valheim consistently crashes after playing for 10 - 30 minutes. Black Ops 6 not as often but it's the same crash and never happened before Windows 11. This started after I upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 24H2. I have no error message. The screen goes black and I can still hear the game sound for a bit before restarting. MSI bios is current as well as invidia drivers. Here's my specs:

http://speccy.piriform.com/results/WvkCBdNCOOyuHf3WoGlk0BQ

So far I've tried turning off Display/HDR to no avail.

Thank you for much needed support.

Hi, welcome.

You’re going to get better support if you fill out your system specs properly, with detailed hardware listed. Reason being that members may possibly ask for this info. Filling out the specs will make it easier. Not everyone will want to use that link you posted.

Also, “24H2” isn’t complete:
Type “winver” into search (Windows key + S) press enter and paste the build results. For example: Build 26100.3915

To add to @antspants good suggestion, I feel this issue should have been posted under the BSOD crash analysis section so I am flagging @zbook to look at your logs. Use these instructions to gather your logfiles, put them all in a folder, and zip the folder.
Then upload the zipped folder to any cloud provider and provide a SHARED link to the folder here in this thread.

Those black screen issues going by my experience usually take some good analysis and diagnoses to unravel.

I don't have any old games.
They just copy some files to the directory of some game.
If that doesn't help, it will be easy to delete.
