I few builds back you were able to disable login by unchecking the 'Users must enter a password to use this computer'
Can someone look into this and find the solution?

Follow the tutorials, (second one) you need to disable Windows Hello requirements. Otherwise that option wont be available.

Drew hi. Are you a member of a Domain? If not, did you disable only allow Windows Hello requirements?

If a selected local account does not have a password, then leave the password fields empty.

A Microsoft account will always have a password.

Hello Drew, :alien:

You wouldn't have the For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device setting if signed in to a local account. It'll only be available while signed in to a Microsoft account.

You should still be able to change this setting via the registry though.

I got it resolved... I signed in with a MS account.

(Win version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.6899)

After this was done I did change registry 'Turn OFF Passwordless sign-in'
Code: 
"DevicePasswordLessBuildVersion"=dword:00000000

Netplwiz then finally shows 'Users must enter a user name and password to enter this computer'

I then went to sign out of the MS account by 'sign in with local account instead'

Reboot, then open netplwiz again and the option is still there with just a local account.

All is working as it should now, booting up the PC goes straight to the desktop.

On a side note... the registry entries in Winlogon still DO NOT contain the values needing modification in the tutorials.
