How to play music while gaming

So when I play Fortnite with a headset, I like to have music playing in the background. I use my iPad as a second screen using Splashtop Wired XDisplay and open a Chrome window with my YT music gaming playlist. It works great: the game audio and music are playing at the same time. But the music is so loud I can’t hear the game over the music.

My Windows 11 install is not activated, so I can’t use built in volume tools. Are there any free audio mixing tools that allow me to change the volume of individual programs anyone can recommend??

Download Nirsoft's nircmd.

nircmd setappvolume chrome.exe 0.5

I do the same thing you can run both and you can lower the game volume

FOR FUTURE REFERENCE: Windows 11 23H2 came out, and there's a new volume mixer built into the taskbar. No more NirCMD and EarTrumpet necessary!! (Uninstalling both rn)
Edit: I'm not sure you might need windows insider builds enabled to get the new update
