Yeah..., so most, if not all, the identifying attributes depends on what device the item currently resides on!

of this nonsense
We've proved Windows works as it is supposed to at removing user identifying attributes. He just wants it to go further so that his files work like his bank's files do. Don't think that is possible.

Even if you did Remove All Possible Properties it can still be traced back to your email account :eek1:

It is possible, but it is illegal. What the bank's file would have done is known as 'remote code execution' on the recipient's computer to prevent it from right clicking on the file, no bank would send such a file.

BTW, you only know that you can't right click on a file after you have actually clicked on it > delete the file immediately > do malware scans > pray

I guess the only alternative would be to send it via Bike Messenger, but that, in turn, would make this whole conversation moot then, wouldn't it?

Well, even the Bike Messenger is traceable. Also, even if the file properties are empty, the content of the document itself can identify you, as I said before. Just take into account the capabilities and limitations of whatever you are doing (as always)

Edit: It is not as bad as it sounds. For example, in the church's By-Law case, the real objective is that the document is tamper proof. But deliberately showing in the file properties that the author of the document is the deacon working on a church computer could very well be an additional means to authenticate the document.
