Will give this a go before doing a full restore, thanks @hsehestedt. I the risk of sounding like an idiot (I'd rather ask), do I include the NVIDIA driver or just the Intel Iris ones? I personally have a dedicated 2TB external drive just for image backups of my PCs.
Let me know if you need help with Macrium. But I am sure a lot of people here can help you with it also.
