Microsoft store icon faded

Hi, I used auslogic boost speed for registry cleaning but after that some icons in my taskbar disappeared.. The others are still there but only the icons of the Microsoft store faded away.Pls help.
And why I can't create restore points? I can't see any?

Welcome to Eleven Forum. Microsoft does not recommend the use of registry cleaners, nor do most experts.

I personally borked a computer with a so-called reputable registry cleaner many years ago. My advice is to avoid them, system optimizers, and driver updaters like the plague. Your computer will thank you for it.

I hope that you have a recent system backup to restore your registry.

As for restore points, they are usually off by default. The user has to turn them on and allocate the desired space.

You should check if you can revert those changes then bin the registry cleaner.
