The latest Skype Insider build 8.101 was fully released and this is what we were working on.
What’s new?
Stability Improvements to our new Context Menu with Emoji Reactions:
Experience our refined context menu on mobile platforms, now boasting an intuitive emoji reaction feature. A simple long-press on any message opens a sleek menu with options you love, from replying to reacting with emojis. Familiar functionality, new aesthetic, and now color-theme adaptable too!

Highlight & Right-Click Ease:
Enhancing your chat experience, we've introduced a streamlined feature for desktop users. Now, simply highlight text in a chat, right-click, and instantly access the context menu. Making interactions smoother, one click at a time!
Stability improvements & Bug fixes:
As usual, all new features are rolling out gradually over the next couple of days so if you don’t see them right away, just check again soon.
- NDI missing feature on Mac
- Turning background effect on, lagged the video feed on Web
