I have 11.2210.33.0 downloaded from the Store. There doesn't seem to be a link to update to the latest version.

Further, I don't have a clue about where to find free music.

Yeah, I've majorly ignored Media Player and music all my computing life.

BTW, I'm running Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.963)

Hmmm, I think I may have some in a closet somewhere . . . When in the car, the radio suffices. When I'm at home, I'm usually too busy with other stuff to bother with music playing.

Unfortunately, not as I buy all my stuff. Even if downloading from online vendors.

That said, you can always Google for free music as some artists offer free downloads.

Recording/... is under free usage assuming you're not selling it or using for your business advertising...

Otherwise there would be very little music on youtube besides official releases

I use Spotify on my computer and when I'm in my Explorer. I have the app on my phone. When I'm in my truck I use SiriusXM. My CDs now just collect dust. Our son went back to vinyl records.
