Sounds like you come from the land of hatred. I use JRiver Media Center, and their community is always eager to help. What is beautiful is that both owners are extremely active in their forums, and they give it their all when helping the people who use their products or people who don't use their product. That isn't ridiculous.you just a a product of full of glitches and bugs, try to ask for help or tell something that is wrong on their forums and you can see the full love of the ceo and the rest, ah and i forget...they block you and they delete yours post if you do that...enjoy your freedom...! rediculus.
