Are you placing the phone or the PC in pairing mode first? I wonder if the phone needs to be broadcasting before choosing pair on the pc.

Tried Phone Link nine ways to Sunday and never could get it to work on an iPhone 14 Pro. Next, tried the Intel Unison program. Bam, connected/paired within a few seconds. Has been stable the last 7 days without issue.

Have you turned Bluetooth on both devices off then on again?
Have you force restarted the iPhone?

1. Simultaneously press and hold the side button and either volume button.
2. Swipe the red power icon from left to right to shut down your iPhone 11.
3. Press and hold the side button to turn your iPhone 11 on again.

not sure how to turn it off on Windows, turn the phone off this way all the time

Under action centre (Windows key + A key) if Bluetooth is shown then you can click on this icon to turn off or on.
Otherwise- Start>Settings>Bluetooth & devices you can turn it off & on there.

I cannot see anything in Bluetooth and Devices to turn Bluetooth off

What about action centre?
Is Windows 11 running 22H2?
The button should be under the ‘add devices’ box.

If the setting isn’t there then the Bluetooth module may be faulty. Is Bluetooth showing any exclamation marks under device manager?

this what I have, as you say could be a fault, I will contact Microsoft, or search, I am an insider, and I am right UpToDate, so there shouldn't be anything missing

As you’re an insider then it may be different to mine. If it is a bug then you can report it on the Insider feedback app.
Also I would check under device manager for Bluetooth to ensure it is listed.

Thanks. Click Start>Run & enter winver.exe to double check you’re running Windows 11.
The next step is to see if Bluetooth is showing under device manager. If the BT module has failed or is faulty then it may not show as installed so wouldn’t show under settings.
Also check:
Start > services.msc
Right-click "Bluetooth Support Service."
Choose Automatic.
Go to device manager and right-click on your computer name and click "Scan for hardware changes"
Install the Bluetooth device drivers from the manufacturer's website, if any.

I have been onto Microsoft support and they tell me that phone link has not been rolled out for iPhone yet so that explains it, thanks for your interest and help.

That’s strange as I have it installed & it is working fine. I’m not an insider.
It is the little blue icon first in the notification area.
