Powerdirector hard copy?

I just bought an updated version of powerdirector (perpetual licence), and paid £5 to have redownloads available for a year. However when I've bought this software previously, there was also an option to send for a reinstallation disk if needed. A year isn't long enough if you ever need to reinstall windows and redownload (or get a new computer). I can't see that option on their website, but just wondered if I was missing something and if anyone else knew if there was a link to purchase a usb hard copy?

Did you not download the installer? Cyberlink would probably send you the installer file of you contact them

Not sure what you mean. I've downloaded the software so good point. Presumably if I just back up the download I can reinstall from that?

Always save copies of your installed software, for those rainy days when you need to reinstall Windows for some reason. :-)

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
What @Ghot said. I save copies of all my software installers in separate folders with a text file that has the installation key. All those folders are backed up to a backup drive nightly.

Yes, the installer is probably in your Downloads folder

I always keep installers in my Downloads folder, especially if it's paid-for software.
