When I right-click the desktop and then click "Personalise" or "Display Settings, the settings app opens, but is blank. After about 1-2 seconds, it gets populated with the contents, and I can continue using it. Same thing happens if I directly open Settings.
I have made no changes to the system except reinstalling Firefox 2 days ago.
This has just started happening. Never had a problem with this or any other build (except for known ones).
I tried : rebooting, reinstalling display driver, running the store apps troubleshooter. No dice. Thinking now about a fresh install.
