Always true -- doesn't matter how much water is in the Atlantic Ocean if you can only access the water supply through a thimble or a 5 litre watering can.Funny thing about internet speed. It is only as fast as the servers that pass the info to the user. I could have 1TB service yet still get buffering/loading issues or download speeds can suck etc. Obviously having dial up or say 25mb service will produce turtle speeds all around but higher speed doesnt necessarily mean just that speed. I do have 1TB service and it can still suck. Maybe Fiber is different but IDK.
Decent web sites are quite fast though = so are most streaming sites -- for 4and 8K UHD you need a decent speed or buffering will occur. If you are on a torrent site with only 1 slow seeder it can take a long time to get your file even if you have a 1 Tbps connection.
For those with decent Wifi (802.11ax) ensure it works at FULL and not HALF duplex. Change the settings in the NIC adapter properties.
Cheers
