Solved USB showing?

What does that C hub look like? When plugged in, does it have open ports?
It has 3 X USB 3x and 3 X USB 2x ports.
ATM 2 X USB x 2.0 are open, with no drives plugged in.

Please extract the SFC list of irreparables using the procedure given in the tutorial's Option 3.
SFC - ElevenForumTutorials

And do run the DISM command explained at the end of Option 2. Make sure you are connected to the internet before you run it because it will need to download copies of any files that it needs to replace.
Repeat SFC afterwards.
Then extract its irreparables list if any remain.

When you unplug all the removable stuff, you're saying that the G Drive disappears from Explorer as well???
Nevermind...

Remember that G, you might have to re-enable it..., I still think it's from that Card Reader slot.

Option 3 results text is Blank.
Which matches the cbs.log you posted.
This log seems to have been created since your last SFC.
Windows does archive old versions whenever it wants to.

You'll have to run SFC again to have any SFC results in that CBS.log and hence in the extract of it made by Option 3.

Step 15, To keep files and apps...….remains unable to check, only thing that can be checked is Nothing.
That is the result you would get if you tried running a Repair install from an ISO / installation USB that was for a previous Version of Windows e.g. running a Repair install on a 22H2 computer but with a 21H2 ISO.

Yes it does disappear, but now after removal from Disk Management it isn't showing in explorer. Only the letter G is...…C, D, E, F, H, I, J...…..No G letter for a drive. (most likely as you posted a card reader drive).

Could be but I haven't used inserted a card on this laptop.

Any remedy for sfc scan errors?

Or would I need to clean install from scratch.....

Thanks again!

It seems to me that your SFC & Repair install attempts are not running correctly so I think you will end up having to clean install.
- I hope that somebody else contradicts me because that is a lot of work.
- I suppose it's possible that MS have got their tools' configurations wrong. They did have an error in their ISO once during Windows 10 that caused the problem you reported during a Repair install. I don't recall any SFC problems at the same time but it was several years ago.

@Bree Do you remember that problem?

I had an idea, since command prompt wasn't able to repair after a couple of attempts.
Earlier if ever had an error command prompt self repaired.....this time it's terminal covid.
Clean install is real Pain.....:(
