What is Alienware Digital Delivery?

I've had several Dell laptops but never used SupportAssist. It is not installed now either, I access all the drivers using the Windows Update application (clean install) and I download the BIOS updates directly from the support page, for which it is enough to enter the product ID.
Alienware laptops are already out of support anyway.

@BobOmb Thanks for your help - on the SupportAssist, it's the 1st. Dell, I ever bought. I went to the website you posted, & typed in my issue. It had videos & instructions (for the past hour) on how to uninstall the Support Assist & download a fresh copy. It Works. Had to go in the Registry & remove 4 items, on & on...... It all started with this Urgent (see pic) that came in from the side. Now maybe this week I'll try to disable the Dell Alienware. That started the entire issue. I won't let Dell Support Assist and similar Dell bloatware anywhere near my Dell laptop after troubleshooting a friend's PC last year to discover DSA was the source of BSODs the PC was suffering. I just use the drivers found by Windows update and only use the drivers on Dell's web site to fix any unknown devices in Device Manager.
