What is Alienware Digital Delivery?

I've had several Dell laptops but never used SupportAssist. It is not installed now either, I access all the drivers using the Windows Update application (clean install) and I download the BIOS updates directly from the support page, for which it is enough to enter the product ID.
Alienware laptops are already out of support anyway.

@BobOmb Thanks for your help - on the SupportAssist, it's the 1st. Dell, I ever bought. I went to the website you posted, & typed in my issue. It had videos & instructions (for the past hour) on how to uninstall the Support Assist & download a fresh copy. It Works. Had to go in the Registry & remove 4 items, on & on...... It all started with this Urgent (see pic) that came in from the side. Now maybe this week I'll try to disable the Dell Alienware. That started the entire issue. Thanks to the other members, & webmaster. for your time...... Have a safe week......Cheers

I won't let Dell Support Assist and similar Dell bloatware anywhere near my Dell laptop after troubleshooting a friend's PC last year to discover DSA was the source of BSODs the PC was suffering. I just use the drivers found by Windows update and only use the drivers on Dell's web site to fix any unknown devices in Device Manager.
