When I right-click a file preparatory to copying or moving it the blue circle rotates for ever before I am able to accomplish anything

I just checked right-clicking on various files with both of my computers listed below using File Explorer. I get the right-click menu popping up instantly with both machines. There is no hesitation and no rotating progress circle.

My version of Windows 11 Pro is 22000.318.
