OK, weird

  1. Open Chrome Settings: Click the three dots (menu) in the top right corner and select "Settings".
  2. Navigate to System: On the left side, click "System".
  3. Toggle Hardware Acceleration: Find the "Use hardware acceleration when available" switch and toggle it to "Off".
  4. Relaunch Chrome: Click the "Relaunch" button to restart Chrome and apply the changes.

If that doesn’t work, go to dell, download the video drivers for your laptop and re-install them.
However I am not sure this would be a fix because it’s only online (in two browsers)
I am pretty sure there was a recent thread with online video issues with 24H2. I am trying to find it.

It did it with edge also. I hit the 3 dots and it goes to the search bar now for some reason. I'm about to lose my mind!

Go to chrome://flags, in the address bar.
Search for ANGLE backend and set it to OpenGL.
Restart Chrome

I’m not sure about the 3 Dots issue. You can change Hardware Accelleration from the address bar I think.


In Chrome via the address bar, navigate to chrome://settings/system and toggle off the "Use hardware acceleration when available" switch. Then, click "Relaunch" to apply the changes.
