Greetings,
after a system suspend or shutdown, but keep the power on, the OS restarts automatically

This can happen if there is an Update pending.

Maybe it is trying to install OS Build 22000.282 and failing.

Does it happen every time, or just some of the time?

So, my machine (pc desktop) is in trial boot with windows 7, 10 and 11.
When I shut down the system or go into sleep mode, it restarts automatically after about 40 seconds.
The only way to keep this from happening is in Safe Mode.

That sounds like a driver issue. I would investigate all the drivers in Device Manager and look for devices with exclamation mark in yellow triangle symbol.

Event ID: 7043 Source: Service Control Manager is saying that a service did not shutdown properly.
I don't know what servizio Sicurezza di Windows is ... Maybe it is Windows Security service? Anyway, Event Viewer says this service did not shutdown properly.
To troubleshoot, manually stop servizio Sicurezza di Windows . Find the service in services.msc and manually stop it, just before shutting down.
See if that makes a difference.

Maybe I solved the problem that was caused by the network card, where the option "allow this device to wake the computer" was checked, as I use WOL.
I thank.

I have the same issue, on Lenovo laptop. As soon as I upgraded to Win 11, I noticed the issue. Basically, if I closed the lid (set to sleep) it will work fine if I resume within a couple hours. But if several hours pass, when I open the lid (resume from sleep) there's a full restart as if I just turned on the computer from scratch. Same thing happens if I choose hibernate. If un-hibernating from several hours, it will just hang and not resume
