W10Privacy (also for 11). It's a german privacy tool.
You can block some more request and info, if your using a firewall. Then you can defaultly block apps and services that actually don't require any internet connection to work properly. However if they are able to access internet they do send out info. So by default windows won't block that. Example free firewall:
Malwarebytes Windows Firewall Control (WFC) (or netLimiter, or Comodo)
For example; Almost every windows app you click, almost immediately connects to the internet. Even if you click in startmenu, or some buttons in Settings. Even if you open calculator it's connecting to the internet. So calculator is blocked in the firewall. While your blocking those apps from internet, some apps actually speed up in speed because of it.
