The site "auto detects" my OS as Windows 10 (running Windows 11 Pro RTM), but clicking the dropdown box shows 11 as well.
It seems like the auto-detection part takes quite some time. It would really be a lot easier for the OP to see if the scanner works on another computer also running Windows 11 or not or somehow find another V800 user who is using Windows 11 to see if they have the same problems or not.
