sorry for the delay in getting back and happy new year.I'm signed onto Widows as an administrator, but when I paste your commands into Windows PowerShell, I get
Error: 740
Elevated permissions are required to run DISM.
Use an elevated command prompt to complete these tasks.
What is an elevated command prompt?
please right click on the start menu then on this menu click 'Task Manager'
when Task Manager opens at the top to the right is 'Run new task'
click 'run new task' and in the 'open' box write
cmd
tick 'Create this task with Administrative privileges'
then click 'OK'
this will open the command prompt with full admin rights.
then you can run the commands posted in post #15
best of luck, Steve ..
