from here shows it is in a menu, but not on this PC. I do see it on a different PC. How do I get it to appear?

ok, I installed 'wireless display"
Is that needing a restart?
And is this needed to cast the laptop screen to a wireless display?

I can cast to my Vizio smart TV with builtin chrome cast an edge page, is that supposed to be sufficient as a wireless display?

It shouldn't need a restart if it didn't request one.
