The logs displayed a two to three day Windows installation without BSOD.

There were unexpected shutdowns and restarts.
These are seen with both manual power offs and spontaneous power offs.

There were live kernel reports which are the most likely cause of hangs and freezes.

There were an extremely large number of WHEA corrected hardware errors.
These were related to Ethernet.

For the Dell Full diagnostics - I don't see that it creates a file? It just shows you the results on the screen. Attached are screenshots of those results and another of the current HWiNFO64 stats.

When I try to run the uninstaller it tells me: "There is a pending reboot, please reboot before using DDU". So... I rebooted. No change. So it won't let me run the uninstaller for the video card.

I have these that say they need to be installed (see attached). The Windows update says to "Update and restart", but no matter how many times I've tried it, it stays there. I tried to install in manually from the Windows site, but that tells me that the update is already installed. I cannot make that go away. The Intel one is from trying to update any intel drivers - it says to install and that a reboot is required yet it does nothing either. Maybe the intel one is choked out because the Windows one thinks it needs to run?

Then run DDU > clean install > reinstall Nvidia GPU drivers from the Dell website

@zbook Ok - windows is updated (minus the optional cumulative update that was hanging up before, but it doesn't show up unless you go and look for the optional updates). Defender didn't have anything as Kaspersky and Malwarebytes are running. Driver updates are done - I updated everything from the Dell site.
