I have this model and I've been having some problems.

Based on the results of this online latency test, there seems to be a delay with the left arrow key on the keyboard.

Is there a way to see if it's a hardware or software issue along with a general fix?

You don't have a problem. You seem to push the button and release it slow. You need to push the button and release it as soon as possible.

I don't think that's the case because I just quickly pressed and released all keys at the same rate but only the left arrow seems to have a high latency.

Well to be sure why you don't try it again?

When I do that, my (USB-wired) keyboard comes to a minimum of about 40 ms, having a scanrate of about 25 kHz.
But it makes no difference what key I'm using, all respond as such or slower when I really hit it very impulsive.
I really need to hit the key quite hard to make sure I press it as short as possible.

I think the transmitter /receiver will be reponsible for the most part of the delay you are experiencing.
And it seems me being no problem at all, for if I press a key in a normal; way, it will be at least 100 ms, normally about 200 ms or even more!

BTW. I use a Microsoft Wired Keyboard 600

"Firstly, do you actually understand the test you are doing? The longer you hold the button, the higher your input delay, that doesn't seem like a robust method to test for input delay.

The shortest key press I was able to produce was 19ms which gives me a ln 'Estimated Scan Rate' of 52.6HZ but I know that my keyboard has only 1 setting of 1000hz. To get 1000hz on this test I would have to press and release a button in 1ms which seems humanly impossible."
