After the windows 11 update, a few users I have cannot print pdf's or google docs without the spinning circle of death. Same in Edge. Example.. Pulling up a receipt from Amazon to print it, as soon as the print icon is clicked, the screen blurs trying to open the print dialog box. It eventually opens, only it offers to save as a pdf and cannot. I've only cleared google cache and site cookies and stop/started print spool for now, but have not emptied spool/printer folder in Windows/System32. Is there an obvious fix or is this a deep dive into printer and device drivers?? Has Windows 10 Pro with the Windows 11 Update. Issue happened since the update.
