[Screen Resizing] Problems

Good morning being in possession of a 27 inch monitor in 2K resolution I resized the screen to the value of 125%
But the characters in some programs are blurred and other programs do not fit the screen size.
I ask if there is a tool where I could act to solve the problem

I never have liked the look of the screen when the computer is not set to the monitor's native resolution or setting a percentage of zoom. There is a program I have used for a few years to overcome small system font sizes called 'Advanced System Font Changer' by Wintools ($17.95 for a 3 year licence after 1 month's trial).


Text within programs such as that accompanying icons on toolbars can only set from within the programs. Some older programs only resize the icons and not the text but I still think it's best to put up with that and keep the monitor's native resolution and set the scale at 100%.
