It's commendable that Microsoft is able to support their PCs with drivers and firmwares for more than 4 years while my OEM (Acer) just provided firmware and driver updates for less than 2 years.

I agree and also that they inform the customers of EOS.

Indeed. It's even better than most of the Android OEMs who never tell when updates have gone out for a specific model.
