Good afternoon,
As you might see from my sys info, I have this "mini-PC", which doesn't really have audio outs. ahh the things we learn after the thrill is gone!
I have to use earbuds until i get a USB => outs that will work w/ my larger audio received, etc.
Earbuds are much different than i'm accustomed to. And this thing is super loud. It's nice, and sounds good, but when the sys tray notification pops up, my ears popped off!
In the past I"ve had better "sound mixers" (e.g. Realtek HD audio), where it's possible to set individual source volumes (e.g. sys sounds, foobar, VLC, whatever, web browser), so you aren't surprised by an unexpected louder source.
Do you know of anything that would work w/ Win 11 that would retain those settings, across windows sessions? I've looked around for stuff similar recently even prior to this realization w/ earbuds, but I haven't found anything. I realize I can't expect many features on a budget system, but I suspect someone has successfully developed something of that nature for the avg user..
Suggestions welcome.
Thank you!
