Solved Cannot create task in Task Scheduler

Usually, using the elevated shortcut for the task created in the tutorial will run as administrator with a UAC prompt.
I'm confused. So what does the title "Create Elevated Shortcut without UAC prompt in Windows 11" mean actually? Or are there any other ways to achieve my aim(bypass UAC prompt for specific software)? However the password issue still remains even though I create a UAC white list in another way. Hopefully, I didn't misunderstand you.

Basically, you create an elevated task as per the steps in the tutorial. You shouldn't be prompted for a password while creating the task since you are already signed in to your account. Afterwards, you create a shortcut to run the elevated task. When you run this shortcut, it should run as administrator whatever app you used in the task without getting a UAC prompt.

Yes. But I actually am prompted for a password bothering me and I don't know why. That is reason why I post the post thread.

Is the Windows version causing the problem? A few days ago I entered the Windows Insider Program(Beta channel) and updated to 23H2 22631.2048.

Just to verify, is the Microsoft account you signed in to showing as an administrator?

I'm not sure why it's asking for the password while creating the task. I just tested on my system from the tutorial, and I didn't get asked.

Additionally, I can modified existing tasks without being asked for password. However I'm still asked for password when I try to export an existing task and import it again.

I've been following this thread but I had missed that comment earlier on.

If you want to import an exported task, open its xml file in Notepad or similar and delete the whole line
<UserId>nnnnnnnnnnnn</UserId>
and then import it.

Can I check my understanding of events please?
- You deleted that line entirely?
- You imported the amended xml file task definition?
- You clicked the OK button?
- You did nothing else?

- I'm sure I've deleted the line entirely(I use the search function and find all lines with UserId and I selected the whole line, then deleted it.
- Yes, I saved the modified xml task file and imported it.
- Sure. I clicked the OK button to import the modified task.
- Yes, I didn't do anything else.

Afterwards, the window asking pasword popped out again and my PIN or Microsoft account password took no effect either.

Here are my existing tasks in the root directory.
Tasks.png
The first one "Huorong PopBlock" and the last one "Snipaste (Run As Admin) @4CEC" will run with highest privileges. The creators are me(This doesn't mean I create it matually. I didn't create any tasks before. I said the creator is me just because it writes that) and Snipaste(the software) separately. So maybe there're other ways to create tasks?

OK.
As a final test, unzip then import the attached task. I have checked it by importing it myself without any problems.
I've tried your TestTask and been asked for password again.
Have you tried creating another user account then seeing if that suffers from the same problem?
No. But I'll try it as soon as possible.
Have you tried SFC or a Repair install?
No. Because I don't know there are SFC and Repair install. I'll try them now.
Thanks.

Oh, some corrupted files are detected by SFC. Here is the message and Google traslation.
例如 C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. 对于脱机修复,
/OFFLOGFILE 标记提供的日志文件中有详细信息。
Start a system scan. This process will take some time.
Begins the verification phase of the system scan. Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection detected corrupted files, but some of them could not be repaired. For online repairs, details are in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repair,
Details are in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.
I'm trying SFC again now.
