Solved Clicking on the network-volume-battery icons doesn't open quick settings since 23H2

As the title says. It does work sometimes - but veeery rarely. The right click functionality for those three features works fine.

Any ideas? Thanks a bunch. : )

Okay, my observation now is resetting quick settings with your batch file made it much more likely the quick settings pop up, but now and then it's the same problem as before.

These last Windows updates caused some nuisances on my computer, I must say.
