I have Macrium Reflect V8 (Purchased version) and have always used WinPE rescue media. After reading several forum threads about RE I created an RE USB flash drive.
It boots OK but when in Macrium there is no support for my wireless Microsoft keyboard/mouse combo. I created the RE flash drive twice in case the first one was corrupted but the second one is the same.
Here is the screenshot of what drivers Macrium RE includes (only difference in list for PE is it does not include wireless):
