Some tray icon tooltips (labels you get when you hover over icons) render in the incorrect place

Windows 11
So, since some Windows 11 releases back, I get an issue where some icon labels render in the wrong position of the screen, and sometimes keep being shown even if the mouse isn't over them. I've narrowed them to the ones that seem to have 'custom' labels. The regular icon tooltips all appear on top of the icon when you hover, and have have a them matching background over white text (on my dark theme desktop). However, some apps have labels that render differently, example, Superdisplay, NordVPN and Rewasd, and their position and styling is different. All of these apps have issue with the icon tooltip positioning. Is there any way to disable these types of 'custom' tooltips?

You can use ExplorerPatcher (from GitHub) to bring back the Windows 10 taskbar and more. For example, it also fixes many issues with File Explorer if, in the File Explorer section of its settings window panel, you change the Control Interface option to Windows 10 Ribbon. Even if you don't like the ribbon, then it is still possible to hide (collapse) the ribbon and use the customizable button bar of Classic Explorer, which is a part of Open-Shell (former ClassicShell) and also available on GitHub. Just to give some idea of what can be done to force Windows 11 to behave. It takes a bit of time and effort to figure out what works vs doesn't work, but IMO it's still 100% worth. These kinds of annoyances and bugs should have been fixed by Microsoft a very long time ago, but complaining about them doesn't usually make them go away. That's why I prefer to use duct tape. Learning to use duct tape is, and always has been, synonymous to getting things done on Windows properly.
