This morning i caught an article about shutting down processes in Task Manager, just wondering if you have any to share with other forum users ?

End these Windows task manager processes to make your PC run faster

Services are just mostly pointing to executables,
if you know what you need running, you can always disable them, better yet set them to Manual mode.
Just be cautious with those.
