Solved Sudden strange multiple sites access issues.

As of this morning I'm finding a few sites that use this particular type of format are locking out at this point:
When I click 'Accept All' the word (the link) 'partners' in the first sentence highlights itself but nothing clicky on the page works.
All these misbehaving sites are stored as favourites in Edge.
If I use 'In Private' in Edge but still select it from the Favourites list I don't see this screen and can input my login details normally and access the site.
Many sites suddenly affected, all of which seem to use this same identical privacy page. I've done a full browser clean and disk clean and the issue remains.

Oh, that's interesting. Thanks for that.
Any idea where the issue might be?

I didn't look into it as I've not rebooted in weeks and I thought my browser was playing up, but now looking at avforums I can see in the browser console that the cmp2 cookie banner has an error in its code.

Just been able to try this on another PC and it is doing exactly the same.
Is this "other" PC sync with the one where the problem first occurred? Same browser type?
Try another browser to see if the problem still exists? (May help identify whether it's a browser problem or a site problem)
It's becoming quite common for sites to ask for certain permissions (cookies, store browsing habits, etc) but I've never seen any warnings so blatant, usually just a banner along the bottom with an OK button.
EDIT Just tried Trustnet, didn't like that one bit. Data-trawling under the guise of setup preferences. A well designed website would let a user navigate through/to the relevant content.

I've been in contact with Stuart from AV forums, and he tells me it's a global issue for all sites using the Quantcast cookie banner, the issue has been reported.

All sites affected now seem to be working OK. Not seeing that screen at all now.
