Insider Update Stack Package 1212.2309.20012.0 for Windows 11 Insiders in Beta

Microsoft has released a new Update Stack Package version 1212.2309.20012.0 to Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel.

Through the Update Stack Package, we can deliver improvements to the update experience prior to the PC taking a monthly or Feature Update. The Update Stack Package will help ensure that your PC has the highest likelihood of successfully installing new updates with the best and least disruptive experience available.

Update Stack Packages will be delivered to Insiders through Windows Update just like builds and cumulative updates are. Insiders in the Beta Channel can go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates to receive the Update Stack Package.

I am connected to a mesh network at home - which is a Very Fast network - despite it being wireless. (In fact, it is so fast, I direct visitors to it instead of the default wireless network from the local cable company and being mere Wifi 6 - not 6E or 7.) I can upgrade it to 6E or 7 by swapping the single satellite for a faster one. It (the basement core and single satellite in the second floor) covers the entire house with ease - despite the house being over four thousand square feet.
