Updates show wrong date of install.......????

Running Build 22623.1325.....Just installed 3 Updates and they show yesterday's date as when they were installed. Has anyone ever seen this happen. Screens attached.

Never noticed this before......My PC is set to Eastern Standard Time and my OS as you can see is displaying the correct date.
