Where to find 23h2 Windows install ISO file?

Hi,

Been trying to download version 23H2 ISO from windows 11 media creation tool site either by direct download or through the tool but I am getting 22H2 instead. The build was 22621.2428 through direct download or 2261.2715 through the tool which according to my research correspond to 22H2 not 23H2. I also want to use it to create a Tiny11 ISO through the builder script but the build number versions do not correspond to the instructions so not sure the proper way to build the iso after. Anyhow first need 23h2 iso..

The only full 23H2 ISO (no updates after install), so far, would be at UUP dump...

The version at Microsoft will "end up" as 23H2, but that includes an update or two after the install.
Use the second option... Installation Media...

I don’t know why you’d be getting 22H2 from MS. I don’t. Personally, I have zero trust in anyone, reputable or not. I get the ISO from the source.

It's my experience the MCT .iso download and USB Thumb drive creation is 1 or 2 Patch Tuesday updates behind but usually don't take long to download and install.

Yeah... I'm not sure how things will work with you changing it to a Tiny 11, that's why I posted both options.

I had to reinstall Windows 11 three weeks ago on November 11. I downloaded the MCT in the morning. I created a USB flash drive. It installed Windows 11 22H2. After the first boot I selected Check for Updates. I kept doing that until there were no more updates. By late afternoon I was offered an update to 23H2.

BTW, before I reinstalled Windows 11 I was already up to 23H2. I am glad it didn't take too long to get back there.

On 28 Oct 23, on my own volition I upgraded my Dell Inspiron 3280 ( Windows 10 Home) and it was 22H2. (not pop-up. Regular Optional install message in Windows update )
On 03 Nov23 on Windows update - feature update it was updated to 23H2

On my other MiniPC Beelink SEi12 (which came with Windows 11 Pro installed), on 11 Jun 23 initial setup, it was Version 21H2. Feature update to 22H2 on 13 Jun 23 and then on 02 Nov 23 Feature update to 23H2.

So by 03 Nov 23, both my Home and Pro machines had 23H2 and I downloaded the multi edition ISO on 10 Nov 23

And I believe it can be used on both the Home and Pro PCs for Repair install and clean install. ( newbie on Windows 11 :-).)

Oh! Macrium Reflect notification pop-up "Macrium Reflect 8.1.7784 is now available". Another update so soon !!!!!!! (I just keep updating without doing anything else !!!!!!)

They finally got this up? Good. I think I need to do an in-place upgrade (repair). This will help.

I'm also gonna build one via UUPDUMP for my exact installed edition, use that first.

Microsoft recently released 22631.2861 (aka. 23H2 "V2") ISOs on the Windows 11 downloads page.
updated ISO download names will have something like "Win11_23H2_English_x64v2.iso" or so
