This is a really annoying glitch in W11 UWP environment that needs to be addressed!
... as your cursor travels over a hover-able button or menu, the mouse hover tip just manages to follow your cursor, and just at the right time, covers the button you were aiming at! Annoying as hell!!!

Doesn't happen in the Win32 environment if the cursor is travelling!

It's fine on my system. Tooltips take around 1 -2 seconds to appear. Maybe it's because I do have a lot going on. CPU is almost constant at 43%. I'm a browser tab hoarder. Not all are active but at least 6 are busy, with my crypto-trading charts etc. That might explain my delayed tooltips.
Try and run something cpu-intensive like compressing something and see if it makes any difference?

I think it might have to do with some customization @Edwin.
I seem to correctly have the label shifted to the left.

This is getting really annoying. I'm not doing any testing until a new build is released. I would rather test the Linux kernel 6.5 rc1..

Yeah, I put MouseHoverTime back up to a ridiculously high setting! 🤷‍♂️
The hover tip should only appear when the cursor stops on a button, though, not when it's still travelling! :unsure:
