Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22635.2552 fails

windows 11 23H2 (22631.2265)
I encountered a problem. using windows update to update
Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22635.2552 (ni_release) ---but when it shows 25%
it still is stuck for a few moments then fails.
I have tried several times, could someone help me
I already tried command (privileged mode) to use lots command, such as
DISM /online .....etc. No use....
