I'm not sure where the right spot is to ask about a Service on windows, so...

Ran through the services on the desktop today, and saw this service - CMigrationService. It has no definition. It's running. I can't find anything about it doing a search...

Does anybody know what this is, so I can figure out whether to disable it?

AHA! Yes, I have a few SSDs and put Magician on for periodic firmware and checking... Is that service just for migrating data? 'Cause if so, I can disable it.

That I can not answer as I don't use it but you can answer it yourself. Disable the service and then use Magician. If its other functions work, then you know that service affects data migration only.
