Hi Support

My organisation have 2 VLAN which split the user between WIFI (10) and Network LAN (20) users. My server reside on Vlan 20.
User from VLAN 10 are able to ping the server but cannot see the server and its share folder. But with windows 10 pro it has no issue.
Only occur to users running Windows 11 pro.

Thanks

Regards

SMBv1 is enabled by default for W10 Home & Pro editions. It is disabled by default for all W11 editions.

Try this command as Administrator:
Code:
powershell "Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName SMB1Protocol"

Restart Windows. If that fixes your folder share access, then have a discussion with your admin(s) on why you're not running SMBv2.
